Why rent an apartment or house in Menomonie from Menomonie Rentals? What makes you different?

I'm a hometown boy - I care about my town and my tenants.  I take great care in making sure that each property is clean, comfortable and that everything is in working order. I treat each of my tenants with respect. If there is a problem, I will make sure it is addressed quickly and professionally. With Menomonie Rentals, you always know who you're dealing with. You can reach me on my cell phone or via email and I will get back to you promptly. And, when the lease is over, I will return your deposit in a timely manner.

What are the lease terms?

Each unit is rented for 12 months starting June 1. There is a $200/pp Security Deposit that is refundable as long as there is no damages.  Rent is due on the 1st of each month and is considered late on the 6th.  There is a $50 late fee for rents received after the 5th.  Rent may be paid via check or debit/credit card on the website.

What's included when I rent an apartment or house?

All our apartments are all-inclusive. You pay one payment per person per month and we pay all the utilities. Super easy and convenient. This includes: electricity, heat, water/sewer, cable TV, wireless internet, lawn care and snow removal. Some units include free parking passes to UW-Stout.

I want to see one of the apartments for rent. How do I set-up a tour?

Call or text me and I will get a tour set-up. To minimize disruption to our current tenant, please ensure that every renter is present for the tour. In the meantime, check out the video tours of some of the apartments. Look for them on the property detail pages.

Who do I call with maintenance issues?

Email me or complete a Maintenance Request form on this website and I will personally make sure your issue is dealt with quickly and professionally.  Please include the physical address of the property and the Unit number.  Using email or the Request From ensures that there is a record of each request. 

Can I pay the rent for my apartment or house online?

Yes!  Simply visit our Payments page and use your debit or credit card to pay your rent each month.  There is a small processing fee ($14) for using your credit or debit card.  Or, if you prefer, just drop a check in the mail to us or birng it by our office.  Remember that rent is due on the 1st of each month and there is a $50 late fee if received after the 5th.
